I appreciated the large grounds, they offered space for walking. the hotel had spacious communal areas. the provided facilities were neatly labelled, it made everything easy to find. clear hotel instructions added to the smooth experience. We loved them. the location is excellent.
The corridors could get noisy at times with people moving around. It slightly affected my sleep.

the hotel was clean and well-kept throughout my stay. i appreciated the spacious communal areas, especially the bright kitchen. it was easy to access my room via the provided key codes. the hotel also offered clear directions to my room and its various facilities (i found this very helpful).
I found only a minor issue with the room furnishings. A bedside table on both sides would have been convenient.

the kitchen facilities are fully functional, providing tea, coffee, and sugar. large tables with benches and a covered veranda with comfortable sofas are available. the conservatory eating area offered great views of the nature around the grounds.

the hotel boasts large grounds perfect to stroll around. i saw the bus stop just a short walk away, providing easy access to the city. plentiful parking surrounds the ground, really convenient if you have a car.

I loved the spacious grounds. It was so nice to walk around. the hotel had clear instructions and everything was neatly labelled. the conservatory was very beautiful with lots of light and open windows! it created a very relaxing eating and sitting area with great nature views.
the signage to the hotel was not very clear from the road! it took a little bit to find the reception.

the hotel is based in its own grounds! it offers nice scenery, a little away from the main road that links the city centre and beverley. there are bus connections, a bus stop, and supermarkets near the hotel.

the architecture appealed to me. the location was also convenient. good kitchen facilities existed and laundry facilities were available. the garden was nice for sitting or walking around.
the room had very basic furnishings. one side of the bed lacked a bedside table. there were no toiletries provided apart from toilet paper. i found no coffee, tea, or a kettle in the room.
